change is good but change can hurt

change is good but change can hurt, 
it depends on how open your mind is, 
and how much your willing to give up.

change is all around us, 
and if we accept it 
we can easily move on.

but if we reject,
we can only move backwards 
and never see what tomorrow will bring. 

I look out into the horizon, 
where two opposites meet. 

all time seems to stop,
harmony and bliss exist
 for a short moment,
and all seems good.

the waves turn to diamonds,
as they gather the last rays of the summer sun.

I feel that this beautiful scene of fire
and water joining is sending a message from above.

the message being that
this time in my life is over,
but a new one has just begun.
